Full time – shifts
£20,000 starting salary
34 days holiday

We have an exciting opportunity for apprentices to train to be our Welded Mesh Manufacturing Operatives of the future.

Are you looking to begin a rewarding career in manufacturing in our growing business?

Can you work a full time, 40-hour week, on rotating early, late and night shifts? – in return for an excellent benefits package, including starting pay of £20,000 per annum, 34 days holiday, all-employee quarterly bonus scheme and 4x salary life assurance plan.

Will you bring a passion for learning and the desire to become a highly skilled machine operator in this sector? – in return for support to achieve a level 2 Engineering Diploma through our apprenticeship scheme.

Do you have high standards? Will you strive for world class levels of quality, productivity and safety?

Do you have the desire to contribute to our success and our ‘one team’ ethos, by embracing continuous improvement?

Are you a confident communicator, self-motivated and organised?

The ideal candidates will be able to work safely, follow instructions and learn quickly. Basic excel skills, use of hand tools, and ability to read measurements are desirable. Experience of a manufacturing environment is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be given. A willingness and ability to gain a wide range of technical skills is essential.
