Jurisdiction and applicable law

If you are a consumer user, these terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales and we both agree that the English courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a resident of Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may bring proceedings in Scotland.

If you are a business user, these terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales and we both agree that the English will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
