06Eligibility and Criteria
If someone on your team is doing an apprenticeship or has recently completed one in the fencing or perimeter security sector, you can put them forward.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a recognised apprenticeship
- Working within the fencing, perimeter security or a related sector
- Based and employed in the United Kingdom
- Nominated by an employer, colleague or industry contact
Technical skill and progress made throughout their apprenticeship
Attitude, work ethic and commitment to their trade
Contribution to the business beyond what was expected
Personal growth shown throughout the programme
Passion for the industry and potential to be a future leader within it
