The Prison Superior Panel is designed specifically for prisons and other high-security environments such as airports, ports and nuclear sites. It has an exceptionally high-density welded structure designed to withstand force from impact whilst offering superior strength and rigidity.
It is manufactured with horizontal 3.80mm diameter wires with 12.70mm centres on the panel’s front face, supported by vertical 5.50mm diameter wires with 76.2mm centres. It offers a minimum weld strength of 70% of wire and can be fit in a variety of heights. This design offers a high delay factor due to the compressed nature of the mesh, making it difficult to cut or damage with even the sharpest of hand tools.
This panel is designed to create a permitter that is compatible with most electronic alarm and detection systems.

Galfan – Metal coating made from a mixture of zinc and aluminium alloys. It provides excellent corrosion resistance.
