Communication and openness are critical for our customers in Ireland. Any concerns must be addressed immediately to avoid future complications. One of our fabricating clients, who is headquartered in Ireland and manufactures warehouse and factory decking/stair solutions, was searching for a strong mesh panel that could be used on handrails, platforms, and staircases. Because the panels would be under continual pressure, they would need to be sturdy and resistant to corrosion over time. We needed to be certain that the panels we made would last. We had a limited amount of time to come up with a solution. But we were confident that with our experience, we could complete the task.
We are experts in what we do, and customers can trust that. We suggested Hot Dip Galvanising the mesh to give it additional corrosion resistance. This is a better alternative to pre-galvanised because when steel is hot dip galvanised, the zinc coating that forms is made up of four layers. The pure zinc coating is the uppermost layer. The last three layers are zinc and iron alloys that are tougher than the underlying steel and establish a metallurgical bond between the steel and zinc. This means they become a part of the steel rather than merely a covering. These Hot dipped panels would be the ideal solution.
