In a large-scale retaining wall project, Gabion mesh panels were required, but the application demanded bespoke sizing. As the project was already in progress, time was of the essence. Our expertise came into play, collaborating closely with the customer and utilising advanced computer-aided design technologies to create a bespoke specification.
We would need to use our in-house team to collaborate closely with the customer to build a customised specification utilising the latest computer-aided design technologies. For the panel, we selected Galfan-coated wires since they are corrosion-resistant and can maintain strength all year long in all weather conditions.
When the specifications were fulfilled, we moved on to manufacturing. We employ cutting-edge mesh welding technology at Siddall & Hilton, and the order would be executed utilising our EVG Mesh Welding Machine. Within 48 hours, our engineering team had our EVG ready for the order.
Prior to shipment, the order was subjected to a stringent quality control process. Weld strength was checked throughout the panel’s dimensions to confirm it met the customer’s specifications and industry standards.
We completed the bespoke gabion panels on schedule. Maintaining a solid relationship with the customer aided the efficiency of this project since the communication was clear and concise, and expectations were handled. We take pride in our product knowledge; thus the client was glad to accept any revisions made to the specification that would assist the panel operate far better at its job.
Because of our emphasis on operational excellence in the production process, we are able to produce products on time and within budget, assuring customer satisfaction.
